- Upon a termination request of your Falcon ChargePro Account made by you, you are entitled to obtain a refund of any available balance in your Falcon ChargePro Account. You shall ensure that you provide Falcon ChargePro the correct details of your own bank account and any other information as may be required by Falcon ChargePro to enable the refund process, where the amount will be refunded back into your bank account within 14 working days from the date the claim is made by you, except for complex refund cases, in which the refund process will be completed within 30 working days.
- If you intend to request for a refund in respect of any fees or payments made towards purchases and/or Services offered through your Falcon ChargePro Account, please contact Falcon ChargePro at contactus@falconchargepro.my, subject to Falcon ChargePro determining to Falcon ChargePro’s satisfaction that your balance was wrongly deducted from your Falcon ChargePro Account due to:
- technical error of Falcon ChargePro where your attempted transaction did not go through; or
- goods or Services purchased through Falcon ChargePro were not available, issued or delivered after payment was made.
- Falcon ChargePro reserves the right not to refund any disputed amount to you if Falcon ChargePro believes that you has acted contrary to these Terms and Conditions.
- In the event your Falcon ChargePro Account is terminated or suspended by Falcon ChargePro due to fraudulent, illegal, unlawful activities or other suspicions including but not limited to, breaches of any law or regulations, it shall be lawful for you to retain for an indefinite period or release to the relevant authorities the balance in your Falcon ChargePro Account in accordance with applicable legislation, regulation and/or guidelines. You shall not be entitled to claim any form of compensation from Falcon ChargePro for any loss arising therefrom.
- Kindly note that there will be no refund under any circumstances whatsoever of any amount received by you as a reward/bonus/cashback through the usage of the Falcon ChargePro App.
- Any eligible refunds of amounts which were reloaded via credit card will be made back to the credit card account used for the reload. Other eligible refunds of amounts which were reloaded via other applications such as E-Wallet and FPX will also be made back to the respective accounts used for the reload.
- Falcon ChargePro shall not be held responsible for any refund requests made pertaining to unauthorized payments for services associated with Falcon ChargePro made via your Falcon ChargePro Account. This matter shall be dealt directly with the third party providing such services, except in cases where the payment process is not successfully completed due to technical errors on the Falcon ChargePro App.
- Falcon ChargePro will not refund or credit for any Service rendered unless you provide credible evidence to us to prove that you have been wrongly billed or such other circumstances on a “case to case” basis as we may decide in our sole and absolute discretion.
- Falcon ChargePro will notify you and let you know if a refund was approved or not. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method if it is approved. Please be aware that it could take some time for your bank or credit card to process the refund.
